This verse is about waiting expectantly. We wait, in hope, for the Lord. It is putting our trust in Him. It is because we are waiting for something that will really come.
It is also putting full dependence on God. Trusting Him that He will shield and protect us in our everyday lives. He will always there to help. And, putting our full faith in Him, too.
Amen. Help me Lord to have trust in you
