Dear Lord, be close to me now. My soul yearns for your presence. Give me grace this day, to live by sincere obedience, that I may increase in faith and in the understanding of Your Holy Word.
Grant me the grace to have freedom of the spirit. Cleanse my heart and soul so I may live joyously in Your love. Let me remember always, Holy God, that I am not in charge of the world; You are.
Send me now into the world in peace. Grant me strength and courage to love and serve You with gladness and singleness of heart. This I pray, through Christ our Lord.
