Always be reminded that be careful with the words that you throw each day, especially in making promises. Out of the abundance of your heart, your heart also speaks. It also reflects your character. Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Entrust your tongues and your speech to the Lord so that He may guide you in every talk that you do.
Amen. Lord Help me to be listening to your words and not make promises that I can not meet.
