Today We Pray

Dear God, I come to You today longing for Your presence. I desire to love You as You love me. May nothing ever separate me from You.

Father of all, the darkness that covered the earth has given way to the bright dawn of Your Word made flesh. Make us a people of this light. Make us faithful to Your Word, that we may bring Your life to the waiting world.

When I return to my everyday tasks, remind me that You are always there beside me. I need never despair. Grant this through Christ our Lord.
