Though we are in the low valley of sorrow, we shall not be overlooked or forgotten. This implies that the writer was then in trouble, and it expresses the conviction that whenever he should be in trouble God would remember him, and give him life and strength. It is keeping us alive in the angry turmoil. Whenever we're surrounded by trouble, He protects us against our angry enemies. With His own powerful arm, He keeps us safe.
Though we're surrounded by troubles, He will protect us from the anger of our enemies. He reaches out His hand. And, the power of His right-hand save us. He is indeed our protector.
