How many times have you needed to redo things in your lives in obedience to the Lord? Sometimes, we go on our own way. We sometimes fail to do what God asked us to do. Yet, obedience is a desired result of our deepening relationship with God.
You must be careful to obey all the commands of the Lord your God, following His instructions in every detail. Stay on the path that the Lord your God has commanded you to follow. Then, you will live long and prosperous lives (Deut. 5:32-33). In just mere obedience to God, He will bless your lives.
Do what God says in your lives. This is still the kind of surrender of our hearts that leads to our well-being. God is continually molding us. Just trust and obey, for there's no other way. The closer we walk with God, the clearer we see His guidance (Our Daily Bread).
