This is the angels' song proclaiming Jesus' birth. They are praising the one that will save us from our sins. Jesus is the one that God sent here in this earth as our Savior. In this season, Jesus' birth is remembered.
May we also praise Him this Christmas. Peace to all men and women on earth who please Him. Glory to the newborn King, indeed! Let us remember the reason for this season.
