This is the words of Jonah when the time he's inside the fish belly. We all know his story, he was thrown into the ocean and swallowed by a big fish. At that time, he was really in deep trouble, but he never forgot God. He called for help. In his times of distress, He prayed to God.
May we be like Jonah whenever we are in distress. Let us call on God first rather than on people. He is all-powerful and all-knowing. He will answer you once you call on Him. And, you will find peace.
