Whoever wants to be great must become a servant. Whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave. That is what the Son of Man has done. He came to serve, not be served—and then to give away his life in exchange for the many who are held hostage.
If you want to be great, you must be the servant of all the others. So that, for you to experience how to serve the people. Once you became on top, you are not just leading, but also serving the people as well. But always remember, work for the glory of God. In your leadership, let your subordinates see Christ in You. Have that Christ-like attitude every time you work. Then, blessings will pour out once you let Him take control of you.
