Dear God, who pours out the spirit of grace and of supplication to all who ask for it. Deliver me, when I draw near to You, from coldness of heart and wanderings of mind, so that with steadfast thoughts and kindled affections, I may worship You in spirit and in truth. Let my heart, therefore, Gracious God, be so affected with the glory and majesty of it.
Widen my world. I want to be a part of the work You are doing. Give me eyes to see as You see, hands to serve others, and a heart to share Your gospel.
Seek me out, and bring me home to Your fold again. Deal favourably with me according to Your good pleasure, until I may dwell in your house all the days of my life. And, praise You forever and ever with them that are there.
